What do you mix with your protein shakes

Ok, just plain Protein + Water/Milk makes me sick, and makes you sick too.... wtf do you mix with it? Im cutting right now also...

The brand of protein makes all the difference in the world..... I am using Chocolate American Whey and mix it in water with ice and it is VERY good.

3 scoops (60gr), 2 cups water and 1 cup crushed ice

it is excellent....

Natural peanut butter + EAS Simpley whey vanilla + water = tastes like a snickers bar. My gf pointed it out when I asked her to try it. With 2% milk it tastes mind blowing!

Good stuff. Also tried with their choc to... tastes nice 2 but not as good as vanilla.
