im gonna take 50mg winstrol everyday
should i split up 25mg in the morning before cardio..and 25mg at night for weights
or all 50mg about 2 hours before i hit the weights?:D
 
I say split it up to make your levels more stable. The 25mg should still be enough to help you out in the gym...in my opinion, of course.
 
yeaa.. and i was gonna start novladex week 2-4 then clomid for PCT..is that a good idea..or do i need somethign else aswell?

Its a low dose your better off stacking it with something else or running it atleast 6-8 weeks save the nolva for pct as winny doesnt arromatise...

sweed im 22 about 12% body fat 511 189 pounds and im looking to put on some lean mass while cutting a bit to get quicker and have more endurance
so 25mg before weights and 25mg before cardio/games is what il do
 
Splitting the dosage is the preferred way to go. However, winny gives insomnia so I always take it all in the AM and still get good results.
