over the last ten days this is what i have done:
50 mg IP d-bol daily
3 shots of IP sust 300 1 cc each
3 shots of IP Deca 300 1/2 cc each
ive eaten alot and gotten plenty of rest and gained 9 pounds. and this is after only after ten days... i am very pleased
