what do you guys think about my cycle

after months of furious research and reading feedback and reviews im deciding my next cycle is gonna be AWSOME when its all said and done. so please feel free to critique whatever is posted in this thread about my cycle.

stats-
26 years old
232 pounds
19% body fat(grrrrr)
endo/meso body type

cycle history-3 year's
1.fina/prop/suspension 8 weeks
2.enathate 10 weeks
3.winny only 5 weeks
4.cyp/eq 7 weeks

first off im gonna keep it really simple, im deciding to focus on a quality cycle rather than a bunch of different compounds.

test prop-100 mg eod 12 weeks
anavar-60 mg ed 12 weeks
liquidex- .5 mg ed

nutrition/supplements
im going to stick with a healthy diet rather than a drasic type starvation diet. with the carbs hovering 250-300 g a day. high protien of course, i have to stay low fat because my face is super sensative to fats.

1.6 eggs whites/orange juice/2 peices of toast
2.protien shake/banana
3.grilled chicken breast/1 cup rice/veggies
4.protien shake/grapefruit/oats
5.chicken breast/1 potato/veggies
6.extra lean serlion/brocclli

g-plenish/thermorexin/liporexin will be used ed throughout cycle. im still debating r-ala as it lowers my blood sugar too much. i dunno maybe.


weight training edit

monday-chest/biceps/abs/cardio
tuesday-shoulders/triceps/cardio
wedsaday-back/abs/cardio
thursday:sleeping: off
friday-full body depletion(weekend refeed)
saturday-legs/abs/cardio
sunday-off



i would like some raw feedback. what company anavar should i use? who makes the most pain-free prop? shit like that

well..

you mentioned your diet and the doses of gear, but nothing about your cardio/training routines.

all else looks good bro.

personally, i never train more than 2 days in a row.

i workout more than 2 days in a row butthat is a weird workout schedule........cycle looks good but i wouldnt use that much ldex, i would go with eod. that is plenty
 
if you're hardcore and give 110% each workout, 3 consecutive workout days will put you in a catabolic state.

but if your workouts are half ass 3 consec workouts shouldnt be very stressful on the body... and wont yield solid gains either.

I disagree, 3 on one off while on the gear works great for me. Sometimes when off I need to cut-down, but never when on.

but more rest in between is scientifically more beneficial..
sorry but hard to argue with science.

a better word to replace 'weird' is 'not recommended/ill-advised'
 
At this stage of my life, what works best is:

Monday - Chest, Back, and Soulders
Wednesday - Legs, Calves, and Abs
Friday - Biceps and Triceps

Saturday - Cardio: Long hikes and chasing after my kid.

Sunday- Cardio: Long hikes and chasing after my kid.

But then, I am no spring chicken! :D

Look like a great cycle!

i think that 3 days a week with weights is plenty!
in fact, its probably more beneficial in the long run then say 4-5 times per week.

hhhmmm, never knew that, may have to reconfigure my workout schedule see how my body feels with a days rest every 2. thanks bro

Not to sound annoying, but I think you've done enough research...seriously. I've seen these kinds of posts from you for like 3 months.

Its time to hit the basics: WEIGHTS...eat good food, and let nature take its course.

In as far as AAS, Go with Test Enan/Cyp+ Anavar. Trust me.....prop hurts like HELL.
