yeah i'm cutting now, hence the 50grams glucose. usually i take 75grams glucose post........then another 100 grams 2 hours later in the form of maltodextrin ("complex" carb). so yeah, 50-75 is good.

Now that being said, PLEASE provide your stats.
Also, what you need post workout AT A MIN is Dextrose (75grams of carbs or more), creatine, protien (40g min), glutamine and I would suggest r-ALA.
Really, do the reasearch on this. You need Dextrose (glucose) postworkout to refill your glycogen stores. If you take it with the creatine and protien and r-ala, you will have almost everything pushed into your muscle cells.
I have told you where to buy this stuff online, and know you are sitting here asking about Surge soda. Really bro, if you dont want to trust anyones advice, why even ask the question.

AS an FYI I take:
125grams of carbs from Pure Dextrose
10 grams glutamine
10 grams creatine
40 grams of protien (whey isolate)
300mg r-ALA
Then followed 1 hour later by a full meal.
