What do you guys do if you miss a workout?

What do you guys do if you can't make a workout one day cuz you're sick or for whatever reason? Do you just skip that day and catch it in your next rotation, or push everything forward a day? I do one bodypart a day for the week, so if I just forget about that muscle group, I will have to hit it the next week. What would be the best thing to do?
 
just push everything forward...just liek a rest day
 
Usually I push everything forward, and treat it like a rest day, as guards says.

If I missed a light workout (i.e. bis/tris) then I have occasionally skipped it so that I could hit bigger bodyparts (legs).
 
I lift twice a day and split up my work out that way. So if i miss then i just do extra for the night workout. My days are pretty busy and splitting my workout into two sessions allows me to complete the whole thing.
 
Thanks. I was thinking of just treating it as a rest day. I don't want to wait a whole week to hit that bodypart again. I might shrink into a toothpick!
 
if it is a major body part, push schedule forward. something small ie: traps, calves, abs, i just use as rest day and hit harder next week. this is just me though:)
 
I go home and start crying until my wife comes to me so I can grab her. Instantly my weekly schedule includes an additional cardio session:horny:

I will make up the missed workout during the other days off the week.

well, I don't have a wife, so I just beat off a few times like a rabid animal. Does this count?
