What do you guys do if you get sick while on????

Hi bros ....almost every cycle i run , i got sick i feel that sometimes because of my hard working out makes my immune sys down.....currently on and sick for the last 2 days but i f***ed myself up and worked out yesterday omg, fever all the night even i couldn't get more than 3 hrs of uncomf. sleeping......lol i used to be like this .btw i am taking 15 - 20 gm of glutamine everyday and ...........getting sick...:-(

Yeah, I didn't really distinguish....for sore throats and such, i'll get antibiotics. I usually just consider it a cold even though it isn't.

I disagree with this. I got a cold and sore throat 3 weeks into my last cycle. I took a week off and focused on getting rest and getting well. I came back to the gym stronger on all lifts. It is senseless to prolong your illness by straining an already taxed system, and it is lacking in class to expose others to you illness.
of course you did, you dont have to train to gain while on AAS, its pointless not to, becaus ethe gains dont even compare, but you will still get stronger. I say tough it out unless you unable to eat due to gums being severly infected, have major throat soreness, and no i dont mean a sore throat and runny nose. your going to recover, train through it

Hey bro are you taking l-glutamine or glutamine peptides? The l-glutamine has never done jack for me, but with the peptides I can go the whole winter and avoid any illness and train as hard as I like without fear of overtraining. You might want to pick some up. Omega put a link earlier in the thread. I'm one of those people that can't train too hard or often, especially in the winter without getting sick, maybe it will help you too. I hope you feel better. Just rest up and try to eat as much good food as you can tomorrow. I'm sure by Saturday you'll be ready to tear the gym apart! :)
 
Try washing your hands more often. I can't possibly think of anything else that would be more effective at preventing a cold-aside from never leaving the house. Which might be a good idea cuz nobody wants your viral boogers on the gym equipment anyway. Seriously tho-since I started washing my hands throughout the day I get sick way less often.
