what do you eat on "cheat day"?

and do you cheat all day or just 1 or 2 meals.... i basically get a whole pizza and eat it from 5pm-11pm but the rest of my day is normal. i think its good cause it takes about 2 days for me to pass the bloat from the pizza
 
Ultimo Burrito from Baja Fresh, chips and salsa. Half dozen chocolate chip cookies. Usually have two meals like that per week.
 
my plan is eat clean during the week, then smoke on the weekends and eat whatever i feel like when the munchies hit hard
 
I typically eat clean every day of the week. My "cheat" day is Saturday I guess, then I start out by going to cracker barrel and getting the po boy breakfast. 3 eggs, country ham, cheesey bake hash browns & biscuits and gravy. Yummy.
 
I cheat both financially and dietarily (is that a word?) by going out to eat. Hooters, Godfathers, Burger King, whatever. I have been keeping it to just one meal, but my diet otherwise isn't terribly restricted. I do eat all "good" foods, but I'm all over that list of "good" foods.

When I got high/if I do get high in the future then it's time for Chocolate Fudge Brownie Ben and Jerry's, Oreo Ice Cream Sandwiches, etc. before moving down to pb and toast. I eat so much, frickin munchies.
 
When I cheat I usually eat a lot of cereal, and stay away from fats.

That's what i can't understand about the ones who cheat with pizza and all this other fatty shit. The main reason to cheat is to replenish muscle glycogen if you're dieting, which means eating a ton of carbs, yet I see so many people who are bulking thinking they need a cheat day. I guess if you are bulking and want to add some more fat to your frame, sure cheat away with the fatty stuff. IMO anyone bulking doesn't need a cheat day. You wanna have a cheat MEAL once a week, fine.
 
usually i have a bunch of burger king or domino's pizza w/ dots and always ben and jerrys.
I think my largest binge consisted of:
a box of krustez pancakes
a pint of edys ice cream
a pint of ben & jerrys
a large freschetta pizza
a box of bagel shoppes
half of a oreo pie
half a batch of pillsbury baked chocolate chip cookies

That was a while ago, I've gotten away from that in more recent days, now i usually just have a large dominos pizza with dots, thats the shit. Or ben & jerrys and some burger king.

My cheat day theory is something I discoverd in I think Muscle Media mag. Some dude talked about eating everything you want in a 4 hour period once a week for a cheat day, and so I tried it and I lost about 20 pounds just by doing that and eating good the rest of the week, and doing cardio 4 days a week.
