What do you eat for breakfast???

I eat the same meal every morning.
1/2 cup of oats
tblsp of peanut butter
2 scoops of Chocalate whey
Mix it all together and chow down. It is my favorite meal of the day.
 
Hmmm.

That sounds pretty good daddy-o.


I'm not a morning person so it's either oatmeal or a low carb/high protein bar and if worse comes to terrible (because I really hate supermarkets and all forms of shopping) I'll just gnaw onlast nights leftover chicken breast or slab o' beef.

I don't think I have ever missed breakfast. Growing up, breakfast was the best. My Mom would make biscuits and gravy, fried apples, fried potatoes, eggs,DAMN, I can't wait for X-mas!
 
that sonuds very good...however, I can't handle the flax seed oil.....it kills my stomach....I've even boguht capsules.

breakfest

1/2 cup oatmeal
3 eggwhites
fruit
Nitro Tech Strawberry/2 scoops in 7 ounces of water

pretty much the same thing for me every training day.. I mix it up and sometimes have a peanut butter bagel instead of oatmeal....
 
I eat the same thing 5 days a week....1 packet oats mixed w/3 egg whites, some cinnamon topped w/sugar free low cal syrup... I actually like the taste :)
 
Usually the 'ole fur-fringed fun-hole!!!

Then coffee.......

if at work:
12oz water, and 3 scoops chocolate triple threat.

if I do it at home:
16oz milk, 3 scoops vanilla triple threat, and a count of three pour from the udo's choice bottle (it's an exact measurement)
