What do you do for aching/sore joints?

I have a regular dosage of Glucosamine/Chondroitin that I take with one of my protein shakes, but I still have this "sore" feeling in some of my joints.

I'm on HRT already, so was wondering if a low dose of deca would help?

Don't take Glutamine with your shake mix it with water take on its own. An hour after take your whey protien. I am not old but my parents are they take Glutamine and it really seems to help them they are in there 50's both very active. Also make sure to take it before bed helps a lot.

Well, I'm on Testosterone replacement therapy as it is now, which means I'm on low dose testosterone for the rest of my life. It's not at "cycle" per se'.

It wouldn't hurt to run a little deca ..............the Test should keep from the dreaded Deca dick.

rhGH - one of its functions is to induce collagen synthesis and restoration and chondroitin production - get that for HRT :o

How interesting. I've never heard of using that for such.

I know that the longevity people and HRT folks push HGH really heavily, but I think that is more to churn inventory and line their pockets with money.

These are home remedies for arthiritis, joint pain, aches, but trust me, they do help.

Courtesy of my 90 yr. old grandfather......

2 oz. of each - eucalyptus oil, oil of wintergreen, rubbing alcohol and witch hazel. Store in a tightly covered glass jar. Rub on ache twice a day.

Gin-Soaked Raisins-

Fill a small jar with Yellow or Golden raisins. Fill with Gin.
Keep in fridge. Eat nine a day. Don't ask me why. He swears it works.

I sound like a crazy gypsy woman or something.......lol

I have a question for anyone out there. I read a thread a while ago about three possible drugs from QFS that are supposed to be great for joint and tendon pain. Does anyone know what they are? What does QFS stand for. I've had hip and knee surgery with lingering joint and hip pain. Looking for relief before I start a cycle. thanks

I don't think you will see much of QFS around anymore, they got busted bro!

Cod oil, specificly Thorsk Lysi for you Viking types, is great stuff. I half the recomended dosage and use half the RD of Shark Oil as well, and have had GREAT results on both my knee and shoulder pain: I suffer from both chondro malacia and plicosinoralis alongside my basicly creaky old joints.

I highly recomend the fish oils.
