been on this board for a while, and just curious what you bro's do for a living...work/student/sell your body for crack...whatever...
I'm a student/finance major, graduate this semester...
 
I am a self employed woodworker.It makes it nice being self employed,because I can eat every 2 hours and drink tons of water all day long and piss about every half hour without worrying about a boss getting pissed at me.
 
Small-cap equity (stock) research analyst. Cubano, what line of finance do you want to get into? I've worked on Wall Street for a couple of years. If I can be of any help, let me know.

I hate the red oak fiber, tastes bad - not at all like the white 1/4 sawn

I eat my fair share of wood shavings everyday,especially when I leave my water laying around the shop,by the time I finish drinking it, it's full of shavings floating around.Red Oak tastes the best in case you were wondering.

I'm currently a chemical operator , welder , machinist , for a company that makes water treatment chemicals.

and also I work out a little sometimes.

b WILL, i was looking into corporate finance or banking..i've worked at Smith barney, and morgan stanely, but I'm not too interested in the sales aspect of finance including working in a brokerage firm...my first few years of expereince i would like to work in a firm doing analytical work...things of that nature, and maybe later on I may change my mind and get into the sales aspect, maybe a portfolio manager....still iffy

Funny thing is I got a new delta 12" planer and did exactly that. I should have connected my dust collection first, but I was very happy about my purchase. Put red oak all over :(

Lost my job at steel plant due to big layoff 5 months before i was vested! So now im going to do lawn care and a few other side things. :) and in the winter just the side things.

I love my job. I sit in front of my computer screen watch from 530 am to 1130 am listen to music and watch people make/loose thousands while I just make it.

Plus I never made it past the 10th grade in H.S. LOL

Who says high school drop outs never amount to nothing? LOL
 
DREAM JOB:
win lottery so i don't give a damn how much money my business makes.
open a smallish hardcore gym that stays HOT all year long. no air conditioning...just a couple of big fans to blow the air around. no aerobics classes. nothing but head-banging death music blaring (no feminine hiphop or dance music).
big sign outside: NO PRETTYBOYS OR MALE-DANCERS
NO CELLPHONES USED INSIDE
NO SUNGLASSES WORN WHILE TRAINING

I wouldn't allow guys who socialize through their whole so-called workout to stay...makes the gym look like a gay bar.
and of course...two-way mirrors in the women's locker room that can be viewed from my office!
 
I got a printing press with some 70 employees.
When on a stack (I just finished my first stack though) it was verrryyyyy difficult eating every 2 hrs….drinking gallons of water through out the day. As I am the ceo and have my office on the back end of the hall…….everyone would look at me with questioning eyes whenever I had to piss after drinking all that water. I was going in every 15-20 minutes.
