2. prop and var for 6-8 weeks (as said above this is my cycle even tho i have ebought for 6 weeks of tren nocking about)

i wouldnt run the winny if your looking to cut and gain strength will wreck your joints.
strength is about training for strnegth set your periodisation pattern out work on your assistanc elift and cut out cardio.
but cardio is needed for cutting unless diet is bang on.
so dont do steady state stick to HIT training in the AM 7 days a week for 20mins should help both IMO.
it will be hard but dobale
