What do you all think of the ANIMALBOLICS DIET????

I know that it has been discussed in the past but I just got through my 3 week of straight ketoing and I havent really seen any fat loss at all. Ive always been interested in this kind f diet since they compare it with the Swolegenix diet which is reported to bring very good results. What do you all think?Does this diet work fine??Or is a CKD better??

im on animalbolics all year around.
works great. i would recommend.
it allows u to cut and billd muscle at the same time

ALA will make any diet work :) as long as you have a calorie deficit. I just dont get why one diet has to disprove another diet to be efficable--anything will work and stop working over time.

how does it compare to Swolecats plan??Any better?? I have a hard ass time cutting...Im on week 3 of straight keto rite and really havnet dropped any fat at all...if Swole's plan is that good, I wouldnt mind forking over the money to pay for it...I just need to know if it is different from animalbolics at all...I heard they were kinda the same...

Interesting diet, but I'm confused about the morning and lunch do you eat or not or is it that your two largest meals are after your workout and the first is a small one?

Lost in the sauce.

For those wanting to try the animalbolics diet but are having trouble figuring out the calories and nutrient intake you can use this worksheet I created that does it all for you. Just plug in the values it asks for and it does the rest.

Yo........

For the official record, my SwoleGenix diet is NOTHING like Animalbolics, or whatever the "name" is. There are thousands of variables in diets, and most of them deal w/carb manipulation right? No big secret there, but we still have major differences, and A even agrees and knows what I do is a "service" too, I.E., holding the clients hand to result land. That's first and foremost........not just a program, a service.

My diet is timed eating and macronutrient manipulation. You actually eat food all day, not just fruit, and you don't starve. You also don't go home after workout and pig out. I also customize a Training Frequency Schedule, cardio recommendations, and include one month of unlimited consultation to make sure the client succeeds. Hell, check all the boards, the stories are there. (ana review, ana paradise, bbx, here, GotFina.com and Swole in the Wall, my forums at www.gotswole.com, mass universitites, ana universe, intense training.com, and Heavyweights.net)

It's not a diet, it's a lifestyle change, it's consultation and communication, and it leaves nothing unanswered or to be "figured out". It's all done. All of it.

Carry on!

Animalbolics is pretty effective.

and if reading makes some of you meatheads dizzy and nautious I'll try to sum it up for you.

No carbs except for 2 post workout meals.

2 post workoutmeals are 2:1 carb/protein ratio. (thats not the ratio recomended, but thats an old F'n article.

The rest of your Kcals come from protein and fat. If your smart youll get alot of CLA and GLA.....and Flax and olive oil, but just nix the carbs.

A few tips.

If your working out AM, try a little whey before you train...i will improve recovery. save the empty stomach route for when you hit a sticking point.

wait an hour bfore your 1st post workout shake and eat 200-300mg of r-ALA w/ your post workout shakes.

......and by the way, I agree w/ swole. Abolics is on the right track, but If you dont know why a diet works its going to real hard to figure out why one doesnt work. Cutting is an art, and an artist must first master philosophy and science, and then on can create art.

Yikes, not something I'd recommend myself. Why wait to restore glycogen? Surely not to burn fat, as that part of one's body transformation should have been taken care of much, much earlier in the day.

Then again, we all have our versions. But it's pretty much common knowledge to slam down a pwo recovery item immediately after a workout.

:D depends on what your supplementing with. If your natural then I totally agree, but if your on tren or something pretty anti-catabolic you can strave yourself a little more to speed results.

Sorry about the previous link guys, Yahoo doesn't like direct links to files in the briefcase. Here is a new link that goes to the folder that the worksheet is in. Should work find now.

The Problem with ANIMALBOLICS diet

The problem with this diet is that it has no independent factor that u can change. What i mean is that everyones metabolism is different, while someone may gain muscle on a 3000 cal diet, one might be burning fat on a 3000 cal diet. The Animalbolic diet doesnt allow u to change caloric intake, its just based on your body weight, if your muscles are growing theyre gonna need more calories and more protein to grow more, this diet doesnt let u do that?? Does anyone have a solution to this??
