Haz New member Jul 25, 2002 #25 This is what I add to my oats: Milk (instead of water) 2 scoops of chocolate whey 1-2 Tb spoons Honey 1-2 tb of Natural Peanut Butter A few scoops of Fiber One cereal Cornflakes It ends up being this really thick paste, almost like an energy bar. I love it though.
