Let me first tell you a little about my stats before my two injury's that kept me out for about a year. I was a solid 240 at about 6% b/f. Now about 1 year later I'am about 215 still pretty lean but have lost a lot. I have totally rehabbed and I'am ready to start hitting it hard again. I have a few runs in mind but I would like to get your opinions on a good re-start up cycle. I will be training heavy for the next 2 months before starting.
