I think I have most everything lined up. Been working on my diet and gear with you boyz. Need some info on good fat/protein only meals as this is new to me, plus I've been totally clean for 3+ years. My test level has always been low (since I was young), so HRT is prob. in my future. Not incred low, but low range. I train 3 on 1 off, 2 on with cardio at least 5 days a week (1st thing in the am, incline walk for 30 minutes at 65%) but more than likely 7 days. I'm 29, 6'2 and 180 with 8% (high estimate). So, I'm talk and lanky looking to get back to where I was in college at 230, but not 15%. So, this cycle I'd like to gain a clean 20lbs+ and keep at LEAST 15. Here's my plan. Huge props for any replies:

Also I'd like to know how you are planning to run three different testosterones (actually six there's four in the Sustanon) at one time.

Solid. I'm probably running this same cycle in the fall minus the dbol. I don't have much luck running dbol up front then winny at the end of cycles, but you're much leaner than I am so you won't have a problem.
 
Ok boys - .....thanks for all your help.....cycle is sealed up and read to go. Only change may be 150mg of prop eod instead of dbol. Nothing major. Now, diet seal and I'm rrrready to roll. Here' my final layout. Just a seal of approval and I'm done with the ?'s.

Looks good, but I would add something for the liver if you are going to run D-bol and winny in the same cycle. Maybe something like Tylers or milk thistle
 
At least milk thistle at least! Dbol is very hard on the liver
 
you train for 1.5 hours! daaamn.. im at 30 mins tops right now. what your workouts like, and how may sets/ exercises? cycle looks real good man. get it on!
 
thanks for all the support bros.....My one switch is 150mg of prop eod instead of the dbol. I just got cold feet with the whole bloat thing/liver problems (which I've had high liver enzymes before) etc. It just makes more sense. I'm done pestering you with questions. You've all been huge supporters and I will help ya out anyway I can. I'm going to eaaassseeee into the diet this week as it will be a total shock to my system to triple my fat intake and double my cals tomorrow. I go my meals planned out and in the fridge. Just hope it's not too much fat, but I can def. afford to put some on. Cycle will begin as soon as I start my new job (Sept.5th)...I want to see if my schedule is going to have to change to cope with the new work place. I will sart a log and keep ya'll posted.


Sweed - 1.5 hours is on the long end. I train 1 bp a week. I take a good 90 sec - 2 min rest and lift heavy/high volume. I am thinkinking of making a switch to this:

CHEST/TRI
BACK/BI
OFF/CORE/CARDIO
LEGS
DELT/TRAP/CALVES
REPEAT

12-15 SETS FOR LARGER BP, 7-9 FOR SMALLER.

CARDIO IS 30 MINUTE INCLINE WALK IN THE AM 7 DAYS A WEEK AND ABOUT A 10 MINUTE COOL DOWN POST TRAINING IN THE PM. BIKE OR JOG A MILE, OR ELLIPTICAL.
 
I hate to be the bad guy here but you wont gain 15lbs of lbm on that training plan especially doing all that cardio.Also imo carbs are to low.In order to gain 15lbs of lbm in 12 weeks your going to up the calories and drop the cardio.Cardio is counter productive when bulking really no need for it.You are doing things backwards,save the cardio for when cutting and you need a deficit.Believe me no one loves cardio more than me I do up to 2 hours per day and burn a total of 1800 calories per day to get the last bit of bf off,but when I bulk I drop it alltogether.
 
you arent the bad guy bro.......I'm in an office all day..........sitting........The carbs are adequate for me as they are spaced directly when I need them....pre train and post and in first thing...........calories are 500 above my maintence,and fats are high as is protein.

30 mins of light walking (65%) to get the blood flowing will hardly lead to no gains....it will hopefully let me eat more and keep my gains clean.......if it's not working, I'll continue to scale it back.

30 minutes? Damn, my fastest is an hour, and that's on shoulder/calves day. Right now my training goes like this....

M: Chest/Tri/Abs
T: Shoulders/Calves
W: Back/Biceps
R: Forearms/Abs
F: Quads/Hams/Calves
S: Off
Su: Off

I don't know how you get by with 30 minutes....
 
Here''s exactly what I ate yesterday. I felt very tired up until my pre-training meal, but I think it's #1 getting used to the food and #2, I always am tired as I sit in an office for 8 hours......it's amazing how much better Ifeel after just 24 hours of sperating carbs/fats.

That looks like a very solid diet. I also feel much better when I seperate carbs and fats. By the way, what is ezikiel bread and where can you buy it?
 
Switch your skim with carb countdown, if I drank milk it shure would be hood like 12g protein 3g carbs and tastes ausome.
 
not worth the extra $$ in my opinion......nothing wrong with skim...slow digestion, good source of calcium....and I drink maybe 2 cups a day bro..........hell, needsize drinks 1 or 2% by the jug...........
 
dont think you want to get as heavy as needsize does off season wither, you dont compete and dont need the simple carbs in the milk.

the milk has absolutely nothing to do with how heavy I get, thats me stopping weight gains part way through cycles, so continuing to add calories way beyond what I should have
