What Do U Tip Limo Drvier?

tiger88

New member
well how much u tip em usually?

i gave the bro a 10 spot and was like a 10 minute trip

i wanted to drive the limo and he could ride in back but i bet he wousdnt be game for that

Is "Limo Ride" a new theme park attraction or something, because I can't imagine you gaining access to a real one..

i have taken a limo to the city or the airport and i usually tip 20-25 bucks cuz thats what my dad told me to do. but i dont know what the acceptable tip might be. my dad also tips the skycaps like 5 bucks for every suitcase wtf.

I usually just punch em in the back of the head and as they lay dazed on the cement I say "My tip to you:Stay out of the way of my fist"

Depends on the cost of the fare. If it`s $40 then $10 is more than enough IMO.

$20-25 is high I think Smurf. lol But I`m sure they appreciate it.

do you have to tip your cabbie also??? i remember when i took a cab to the airport i didnt tip habeeb shit!

The first time i went to vegas with my buds, we took a limo to the strip joint, when i got out i tipped him like 10, and so did everyone else in the car. that guy made bank from one ride.

They don't tip me enough...

I would tip you bro- and not the crappy tip I talked about before... you should look mean and scare them into tipping you...

My bus driver ttels me that his dad used to drive a limo and he'd gethihger tips from queers but sometimes the gals give goods tips too, normally 5 bucks is sufficient

hey i if i have youy 50$ would u let me drive the limo?

lol...nope. I make more than that on a short drive for the evening. You driving the limo could cost me my job. Driving a 33'+ limo is NOT as easy as one might think. I've had some close calls myself.

i dont tip anyone, thats why people are salaried.

That is a nice attitude...lol. I don't guess that you have ever been a waiter, a limo driver, or in sales...

Nope. Why do they intentionally give you lower salaries in sales and limo driving to compensate for tips?

So you have NEVER worked in Sales or in Service huh?

$2.17 is what a server at a restaurant makes...and when you take the taxes out of it (they take taxes out of it based on your tips too) you often end up making NOTHING or actually owing them money at the end of the week.

Most sales positions pay very little but you get bonuses or other rewards for good service.

Once someone stiffed me when I was a waitor...if they ever sat in my section again I EARNED that ZERO tip:)

I would think it would be pretty standard to tip a limo driver your first born...well, at least if they do a good job.

So...on my way home from Memphis in the morning...I should just drive on up...right?

Damn I heard that. When I was a waitress at Chili's I usually got paychecks that were void, meaning $0. My entire income for the week was from my customers.

And like BTrue says if we see you again you'll be our absolute lowest priority. We have nothing to lose by being extremely slow with you and everything to gain with other customers that probably will tip us.

Yeah i know servers are jipped, however whenever i go to pick up a pizza the people at the counter always ask for a tip. a tip for what? They are paid at least minimum wage and they didnt do anything they aren't already paid a salary for, i went to pick up the pizza. i used to make doughnuts at a 7-11, i didnt get tips because i didnt do anything i wanst already being paid my hourly salary for.

if someone is paid below minimum wage then i can understand tipping but if a person is already being paid via salary for doing thier job then why tip?

I tip the pizza delivery person. I see them so often that they usually give me a discount anyway:)

Tip when I am 'picking up'? No way...that is why I went there to pick it up.

There are times when you should tip and times when you shouldn't. If I have the money and someone gives me a good service...I'll tip. Heck, sometimes if the waiter at a restaurant gives me POOR service...I'll give them a nice tip hoping that it makes them smile a little bit, work harder, and give better service from then on.

Waiters are different when it comes to tipping. i wasnt referring to people whose income comes from tips, im talking about people who already make $6, 7, 8 an hour and want tips for doing what they are paid that $6, 7, 8 an hour to do.
