well im well into my first cycle now. havin good results so far. up 14 pounds but it fluxes. strength is up there. tonight i did 295 on dead lifts. man my lower back was on fire. so im lookin into a second cycle. its lookin like this but subject to change.
wk 1-10 500 mg omna (omna 250 2xwk)
wk 1-6 75 mg tren ace ed
wk 6-12 50 mg winny ed
wk 1-12 arimidex .5-1mg ed
wk 12-16 pct to consist of nolva 40mg ed first 2 wk 20mg second 2 wk
hcg 500iu m-w-f wk 12-16
goal here is to gain size and good strength. diet is on point. lean diet for lbm. lets here what u think. i know it should be limited to two compounds on a second but man its lookin good to me.
