what do u think....

that's an interesting article.
I've been reading about how cardio on an empty stomach aint all that on TMag
Some of the buffs there reckon that eating small amounts before doesn't hinder fat loss to a great extent. If i find a link to that discussion i'll post it here,

But yeah that article's pretty spot on in my opinion Molnii

i aint saying it's not good but if performance and overall well being is your most important goals then yeah empty stomach is a bad idea i guess
for fat loss it will work but i think what the guy is trying to get accross in that article is that whilst it works, its not the best thing to do for your muscles overall.
I have been running for 5 years pretty much 5 times a week on an empty stomach as i run best in the mornings and im still alive but im not big at all lol :)

I do wanna be huge anyway.....I just wanna look ripped and vascular with a proportional buddy

I think morning cardio is fine, but maybe drink half a scoop of slow digesting protein w/fish oil and take a thermogenic (ECA + Green Tea perhaps) to help mobilize FFA.

fish oil + HIIT =

do u mean having fish oil before HIIT?
if so does that increase performance and fat loss?

and if so would that mean a P+F is better pre workout than a P+C?

Well Babyface, I think i read somewhere that fish oil supposed to activate uncoupling proteins to a mild extent. Anyways when i take say 10 grams I feel the heat 10-15 minutes later. So I've decided to combine fish oil, ECA, and green tea before i go out for cardio. Certainly causes a noticeable increase in heat in a short period of time. As for P+C versus P+F preworkout, just in my experience I've felt energy lagging on P+C, but performance has been quite good on P+F. Maybe that means i have insulin issues or something...
