weeks 1-10: Test e 500mg/week

weeks 8-12: Winny 50mg/ed


Just a thought so let me know what you guys think and let me know if I need to change it.
 
History/stats/goals?

Nothing wrong but consider 250 test/ week. You'll see great gains with less sides and $$. My first was 250 /week no winny I could done more with the knowledge I have now, but even still I made killer gains off of it.
 
I am 5'6 180lbs between 11-12% bodyfat and I have been lifting for about 7 years but this is my first cycle. I was looking to get bigger but also wanted to take an oral at the end to help me harden up a little bit.
 
I like your set out cycle. Sounds great. I would throw in something at the start to kick it in a bit though. Maybe some prop or Dbol. Winny is probably not needed for the first run though. Try this ,
Dbol 25mg/ed 1-4
Test E 500mg/week 1-12
Then PCT 2 weeks after last shot. Just my 2 cc's though. Whatever you do good luck and grow well!....38N....

looks good mate i wouldnt worrie about an oral (dbol) to kick start things just yet you will do fine of the test alone, as long as your eating right training hard drinking plenty of water and getting plenty of rest 250mg a week would do fine for your first run, your choice tho. have some glucosamine chondroiton MSN and fish oil to go also just in case your joints 'dry out' a bit from the winny. make sure youv got clomid also for PCT. cheers
