does that mean clean food or it does not matter, r u talking about fast food, junk food.

when u say anything, u mean anything?

for example: we bring bagels and donuts to work everything thursday, would u grab some bagel and donuts and eat it.

Yes, if you are majorly bulking such as me .... Yes eat everything you can see .... The more you eat the more you gain ..... Just don't do out of your way to eat junk food ....
