4 weeks on dbol grew 17 lbs from 136 to 153, then I stopped dbo,l its been week 5 and 3 days on sus250 1cc per week and I been in the same weight 153 not a pound less not a pound more, I train the same I eat even more and sleep around 10 to 12 hours a day, wtf do you guys think will I gain more weight or that’s it for me, should I stop sus cause if I wont gain no more its no use taking it for 3 week more, what you think some people told me that sus kicks in week 4 or week 5, some say its bullshit that it takes 5 to 10 days, I don’t know what to think no more thx guys for all your help.
 
i will be honest i was thinking the same thing i think i might be expecting to much from sus i forget its not a miracle shot eheh.
you think maybe i should stop sus or should i keep going maybe i gain couple pounds more.

Sust does NOT take 5 to 10 days to kick in. It takes 3-4wks. Only prop alone at sufficient dose (of the test esters - not including susp) will kick in in that time period. End of story on that.

bicep 34 inches was 32 5 weeks ago
bench 225 one rep 205 4 times 5 weeks ago it was 185 1 rep so it went up my chest grew big i have around 7 % body fat so its perfect little mouscle and little fat to look bulkier i think its good gains but wish had 6 pounds more like i went up to 160 i would be loveing it

Bicep 34 inches?? Do you mean waist or chest?

Either way, same question: If you've cycled before, how did you respond? At start weight of 136 at 5,9,.......ehhh, forget it......strike that.....
 
shit sorry about the inches shit i ment 34 cm not inches from 12'5 inches to 13'5 inches about inch up 2 cm up hehe sorry and about cycles i really never juiced before only did anadrol for like 3 weeks gained nothing it was my fucken mistake will never do anadrol alone and 3 weeks i dont know what i was thinking now i see results i know my weight is fucke up 136 i been 136 for 4 years believe it or not man its at my docs profile 4 fucken years and now i went up to 153 with in 5 weeks thats good i look good man compared to before but i was sick and tired being 136 i worked out for about a year hard nothing just little mouscle so i decided to do a cycle it werked pretty good i just whish i hit that fucken 160 so i could do my second cycle in about 5 months and hit 175 those were my goals but will see.
 
I think @ 136 or even 153, you probably could have gained naturally if you ate more. Anyway, your "mouscles" :rolleyes: are nowhere near your genetic limit. Keep eating and you will grow whether on or off the juice
 
1. Dbol is going to put on ALOT of water.

2. Sust is not good its great and a VERY solid inject for gains. I use sust on every single cycle I do no matter what my goal is sust will always have something to do with it.

I hear you say stop but I don't hear anything about clomid or any other substance to help you keep what you gained. If you go cold turkey you will lose the majority of what you gained. (I know because I did that once and will never do it again)

When you say you eat... what do you mean by eat? hehe. 2000 calories ? 5000 calories? Remeber when you are on juice you need to do more then just eat... Hell if its your first real cycle eat anything and everything you can get your hands on..... I love golden corral (sp?) when i am on a cycle I visit that place every day and load up on food.

It sounds like you are very very lean question is, did you get that way by going to the gym or was in natural to you. If it is natural you REALLLLLY need to eat like a pig and if you gain some fat don't worry about it fat is easy to take off.

Ps. are you sure the sust is good?

i eat about 3000 calories a day thats alot for me and about me being lean you said i was alaways lean naturally but i see i gained a lot of muscle now and recovery im going to take hcg how much hcg you think i should take to a cycle like that. And thx for all your advise and no i dont wana loose my weight that i gained i would kill my self fuck i worked hard these 5 weeks its been hell.

ohh one more thing its been almost 2 weeks dbol off when does your weight drop when water goes down from dbol how long does it usually take to see gains go down from dbol its been 2 weeks and no weight went down.
 
are you guys makeing fun of my 13 inch pythons heheh, but will see in a year or 2 im benching 225 now i promised my self year from now i be benching 315 i am strong for my weight you guys have to admit that anyway my 13'5 !!!! pythons look better then 12'5 pythons i will be here on elite next year to i will se my results pictures on my next cycles i will be the judge pythons shit that is funny crap bro.
 
I don't think it is the size of the pythons he is making fun of. Phulgin, what part of the world do you live in? My guess is France, Germany or Arkansas :D
 
Sust will also give you water weight. I want to make sure I understand correctly.. You were taking dbol alone to start off then you were taking a stack dbol/sust and for the past 2 weeks it has only been sust.


If that is the case both dbol and sust are going to give you alot of water more water from dbol then sust. Personally I always gain most of my water in the first weeks of using then it drops off a bit and goes away when I am done. I never use HCG becauseway back in the day when all the hcg = gyno started I backed away from it and never looked into it again. I have never had a problem with clomid (works great IMO) so I never felt inclined to look into hcg again.

Always do your cycles to the end quitting is a habit that is easy to start and hard to break so just keep going.

I know alot of people that are lean by nature and when they cycle they have to eat alot more then I do in order to gain. Try to up the calories 500+ a week and see what that does for you. If you are doing any kind of "fat burning" stop that also.

Everyone is different switch things around a bit for the last part of your cycle and see if your body reacts better.
 
big man stan thx bro good advise i will do that and when you said hcg=gyno i have a lump under my nipple no its as big as a penny i went to doc he said its ok not to worry its a cyst or some shit like that he said its not gyno i kind of dont trust him because everyone says it might be gyno but he is the doc so i dont have nolvadex what dosage of hcg would anybody recommend for my cycle
 
i am so happy to see someone like me gained that all natural thats good man i am happy for you i been lifting for more than a year now 5 days a week 1 hours in the gym and eating pretty good and nothing so that is why i decided to juice but any way i am happy for you. Are you planing a cycle now or you still going to wait. Honestly bro i think the reason i could not gain weight is because i smoked 2 packs a day marlboro lights and drink a lot of polish vodka heh maybe thats why no results now i havent smoke for 16 months and havent had a drop of alcochol for about 4 months maybe i will improve my goal is 190 lbs by next summer.
 
ill bet you overtrain. drop the reps, up the weight, lower the number of sets. and u have to eat more if you want to grow. 3000 calories on cycle just isnt enough to reap the maximum benefits.
