What do I use to dilute LiquaThy?

For those who know why product I'm talking about:

When I take t3 I ramp up and down extremely slowly and in small doses. LiquiThy is 120mcg/ml and that makes dosing pretty tough. What should I use to dilute it?

10 drops equals 40mcg's, just break it down from there. I'm using it now also, good shit.
