i inject EOD and just rotate glutes for now. what are you injecting? there is some shit i'll never hit up in my bi's tri's or delt's. although some of the crazy mo fo's here will . . .

i agree with the other glute. i hit up my delts all the time, but i wont throw something that hurts in them.
