One week into my current cycle, gonna be a long one, close to 17 weeks in total. Problem is I have been having some bad pains in my joints, mostly elbows....im not talking just a bit sore, I mean serious pain! I can not work triceps without wanting to cry. Been using Glucosamine & Chondrroitin for a few weeks now but does not seem to be helping.
I dont know if I should quit my cycle and wait till later, maybe just take some time away from the gym. Anyone else deal with similar pains, and how did you handle it? Im not about being a pussy, but at the same time I dont want to seriously fuck myself up.....
