I'm one week since my last cycle of 14 weeks. I went from 170 to 196, I think I may be able to gain just a little more before the test is out of my system, at least I hope.
My question is since this was a cycle to put on mass and my next cycle is to cut it, when do I exactly start to cut? I know I cant begin a cycle now, but how should I continue to work out? For mass or start cutting now?
And how to I cut? I'm so used to just going in and hitting the weights and eating. Is there a big difference in routine?
I appreciate any and all help on this matter.
Oh one more thing, does anyone ever feel as if they havent really gotten big but the scale and everyone around you says so? Is it cause you are always looking in the mirror and dont notice the change?
