What Do I do After First Cylcle Ends?

I'm one week since my last cycle of 14 weeks. I went from 170 to 196, I think I may be able to gain just a little more before the test is out of my system, at least I hope.
My question is since this was a cycle to put on mass and my next cycle is to cut it, when do I exactly start to cut? I know I cant begin a cycle now, but how should I continue to work out? For mass or start cutting now?
And how to I cut? I'm so used to just going in and hitting the weights and eating. Is there a big difference in routine?
I appreciate any and all help on this matter.

Oh one more thing, does anyone ever feel as if they havent really gotten big but the scale and everyone around you says so? Is it cause you are always looking in the mirror and dont notice the change?

You say your cycle was at least 14 weeks?

That means take at least 14 weeks off before you consider another cycle--especially considering this was your first...

I do plan on practicing the time on = time off rule. My question though is what am I doing in the mean time? do I continue working out the same (for mass) or start toning it up to look cut? and should I still eat the same (all the time)?

Keep training like an animal! You want to retain as much as u can, but ofcourse watch yourself u don't wanna overtrain. U don't have to take the whole 14 weeks off. Say you feel well in 8-10 weeks, by all means start your cycle!
 
I focus on keeping my core lifts at the same levels (squat, bench, DL) but pairing down the assistance exercises as it's easy to overtrain and go catabolic. I wouldn't recommend doing singles though.

After around 4 weeks I begin raising the volume slowly on the assistance work to normal natural levels.
 
Man i would go ahead and start throwing some cardio in there and hopefully u did not forget the clomid after ur 14weeks cycle, the cardio will help ur bulk to tone down into come cut and the when u start your cut cycle you will just rip to shres, i just some winni and fina and u will be in there bro

You could start cutting now. Do some cardio - as soon as you are sure you're natural test levels are back up. Putting on 26 pounds like that, I assume you gained some fat too. I just finished clomid and I'm doing cardio now. So basically, try to cut naturally for a while because it needs to be a while before you do that next cycle.

Remember not to start cutting until you are back at good levels again or you will accelerate muscle loss. Good luck.
