What do alcohol babies look like?

Fetal Alcohol Syndrome. They are a lot smaller (most of the time premies) and they have multiple problems. It's definitely really sad.

Wasn't "premies" a line of baby Cabbage Patch Dolls? I seem to remember my mom fist-fighting other moms in a Toys-R-Us many years ago to get one for my sister.
