What did you do today>?

arghhhh. let's see....the last time I had a hangover - probably 3 or 4 yrs ago. hell i dont even remember the last time i had a drink. probably new yrs eve
 
got onto EF...ate a huge breakfast (5000 cals)...worked out...consumed protien...got onto EF....flying jets currently at the moment for redguru.
my life sucks this weekend.
my bikes in the shop.
no GF.

I was at work for 10 hours. had some of my peeps come in and work overtime on a massive project. i had to be there to supervise and keep them focused. i bought a few of them lunch. i wore a headband.

I found the few things I want for my r1 on ebay, nice,clean, simple.
 
my riding buddy wadded his R1 real bad 2 weeks ago...just finished fixing/painting everything tonight.
he's all good tho. let her go into a guardrail in the canyon.
then some hottie in a vette from Vegas stopped by and took him home. wouldnt tell me any more...just smiled.
 
Hit the gym, cooked some pasta, practiced on the bike for a few hours (dropped it once), took a nap, bought two books (Change or Die, The Unfettered Mind).
 
yesterday i
went clothes shopping
went to a few different stores looking for a birthday present for my daughter (found it)
napped
went out to dinner at my favorite restaurant
watched a movie on the couch. :)
 
I'm jealous of most of you.


Didnt anyone do any chores like cleaning house, laundry, etc? That seems to be what's on my agenda for today.

Did some laundry and cleaned the kitchen. Today will do more laundry, dust my bedroom, and clean my shower (I needs a new shower liner too, cause I think it's growing plants and shit now)

that's today.
went to walmart (yuck) for some cat litter receptacles
grocery store
made chicken soup
about to clean the kitchen
and then bathe the dog.

one son vacuumed for me
the other one windexed and took out the garbage

Woke up at 9:30

drank coffee
let the dog out
got on EF
EF was geigh
got baked
hurt my back picking up a 5 gallon jug of water to put in the cooler
took 3 Motrin (wishing I had percs or vics)
Drank a diet rockstar energy drink
decided I need to get the blood flowing to help my sciatic nerve pain
Cleaned my kitchen and bath
back on EF making this post
