I ordered the Ivanko Supergripper last week, and it just arrived in the mail. I was wondering what days I should use it to train for grip strength? Initially, I thought I would do it the same days that I train forearms. For example, today I'm doing back/bis/forearms. But now I think since my grip will alrady be tired it won't be as effective. Am I right?
How about training the day before or after forearm days?
Also, since I mainly want to increase my grip strength for deadlifts, should I focus more on static holds with the gripper or do "reps"?
