What days should I shoot?

What's your preference on the days to shoot? I've only shot twice a week in my last two..

Now with my upcoming cycle, I'm frontloading test for two weeks which consists of 4 shots for weeks 1&2, then only 3 for the rest of the cycle. I'll also will be doing EQ, with only 2 shoots/week.. no front loading

What days would be best for me to shoot?
I was thinking for the frontloading.. Mon/wed/fri/sun.. and with the EQ Mon/Thurs.

When I'm finished the frontloading.. what days should I shoot.. Mon/thurs/sat? and I'll add Eq with the Mon/thurs shot as well?

Sorry if this is a tad confusing.. I'm just confused

You really can't say which day..But how many days in between Like a shot every 3 days or so on...Go get a calander and mark the days you shoot. Right now i shoot every 4 days,200mg test eth an 30mg Dbol a day.. Thats also why you shold keep a log...Good luck...

Actually it is very well documented what days are best for shooting, but it does depend on the drug.

Test Enanthate = Wednesday
All other tests = Thursday ONLY!
Deca = Wednesday
EQ = Both Saturday and Tuesday are acceptable but NEVER Wednesday
All other injectables must be administered on Sundays.

Truthfully... it doesn't matter. Shoot all long acting AS's once a week... short acting either ED EOD or twice a week.

I take all my Test Enanthate and EQ once a week... but prop, fina, whinny etc... I either shoot ED or EOD.
