What Cycle?

Alright guys i'm new on here, but i joined because i figured i could get some good input. I'm about to run my 2nd cycle (the first being just eq). The eq got me pretty shredded compared to what i was, but i want to bulk up a bit. I play lacrosse competatively so i need to keep my speed and stamina, thats why eq worked well for me but didnt put on the weight i wanted. I only weigh about 170 and would like to gain ATLEAST 15 pounds. I want to stay pretty toned and would also like to keep most of my gains coming off this cycle. So i tried to make the type of cycle im looking for pretty specific, any suggestions?

Staying lean is up to how you diet, not the compound you use (for the most part anyways. it's hard to stay real lean with anadrol, cuz it bloats like a mofo on some).

been lifting for about 4 years
diet is good, no soda, no fast food, alot of chicken, alot of protein. i watch what i eat, i'm a health fitness major

Dbol, Deca, and Test will blow you up...you can prob gain 20+ pounds on a cycle like this but you will look like a blow fish and I don't think that's what you're looking for.

I suggest you do the cycle mentioned above by dabuffguy with Test and Anavar. You will have lean gains and be strong as hell. :evil:

would all be bad choices if you need endurance and speed
...the pumps alone will cripple you...if i do alot of cardio on test e or dbol i get shin splints and horrible back pumps to where it makes it hard to be active
 
what do you guys think of a dbol/eq/winny cycle? i liek eq bc its liek the "athletes steroid". the dbol should get me big while teh eq keeps me somewhat cut and able to run, and the winny should keep my gains?
 
dbol is going to put some much pumps into your lower back your not going to be able to run...

prop is gonna be your safest bet...maybe some prop and anavar..the winny may dry you out and if your knees and all are sore constantly will you want to keep at it?
