Alright guys i'm new on here, but i joined because i figured i could get some good input. I'm about to run my 2nd cycle (the first being just eq). The eq got me pretty shredded compared to what i was, but i want to bulk up a bit. I play lacrosse competatively so i need to keep my speed and stamina, thats why eq worked well for me but didnt put on the weight i wanted. I only weigh about 170 and would like to gain ATLEAST 15 pounds. I want to stay pretty toned and would also like to keep most of my gains coming off this cycle. So i tried to make the type of cycle im looking for pretty specific, any suggestions?
