About to start my second cycle. I am 6" 190lbs. and I have been lifting for 3 years. I am not looking to get huge or put on a ton of weight, just want to get tone and maybe put on a few lbs. I don't know what my bodyfat is, but I believe it is pretty low considering my stats. I am more concerned with muscle definition than size. I have a good workout schedule and diet planned out. My question is what is the best way to use the gear that I have.
I have 4 bottles of QV 10ml 200mg EQ and 1 bottle of QV 50ml 250mg Test En.
How long should I run it, at what dosages, and how often should I inject. Would I be better splitting it up into two cycles, or one long one?
Any advice would be a big help.
