What cycle would be best?

I am looking for advice for what cycle to do as my first one ever to bulk up. Right now my stats are.

5' 11'
170 lbs.
17% BF

I guess I would say I can lift an OK amount of weight, bench @ 205, etc. My goal is to increase strength & size. thanks.
 
simple answer......test 250mg - 500mg per week for 10-12 weeks followed by pct.

Take a look at what you are doing now and how you can improve on that to reach your goals before you start thinking about using steroids though. Then after you have everything else nailed down ie, diet, training, supplements, recovery, and you plateau is when you should start hitting the sauce.
 
Test at 250mgs a week is how I would do it. I would run HCG in the middle of the cycle and clomid after the esters clear.
I would wait a bit before starting the cycle. I am not sure what you want to look like.. .but... 17% bf is not a good indication of someone who eats properly.
I would get the diet down good. Try and get your body fat down below 14%. You want to be able to see your muscles working. They will grow faster that way. I don't touch anything anymore unless I am below 10%. For me it indicates that I am serious about training and I am ready to go on again. If I can't keep my diet in check I know I can't train properly while on.

BTW... I hate dbol. It makes you hold water. You don't keep shit from it either...
 
Yea I think im going to start doing some fasted cardio here pretty soon. My diet is pretty good i think but its the damn beer I drink that is my downfall. haha.

if you dont know the diff between dbol and test u have a lot of reading to do...not flaming u though. hey are you in vegas too ?

What's type of gear is available to you? If you can get your hands on Equipoise, you should look into it. It results in quality muscle that is easy keep. The price you pay for that benefit is that the muscle goes on slower than test. You would need to run that cycle for minimum 10 weeks.
NPP would be another good option for a nice 6-8 week'r. NPP yields some pretty damn good results too.
