What cycle after a 10 year lay off?

Hi Guys,

It's been 10 years since I was doing any cycles. At the time I was alternating weekly shots of 5ml of Test Enathate 75mg & Test Cypionate 75mg.
This was on top of heavy training and at least 30g protein every 3 hours.

I'm now 41 years old (male) and want to get back into it.

What cycle do you recommend?
My earlier gear was Australian Vet stuff (I'm in Australia) and I no longer have access to it.
Any suggestions?

Bigblackdog.

There's nothing stopping you doing something like Sustanon *500mg per week for 8 weeks. At 41, you are still far away from past it mate! Get into that gym and show the wannabees how its done!

I think you'd be well off by going with a Test/Dbol or Test/Deca/Dbol.

What are your current stats and your peak stats? Are you gonna try to get as close to your peak as you can first or use the gear to get you there?

Thanks for the suggestions guys.
I'll probably train for about 3 months to get back into the swing of things (I can usually see a difference in about 2 weeks), then I'll start a cycle of Deca + Test.

High protein intake has always been the answer for me when I'm on the gear, so if I keep that up and start up the Creatine and lift heavy, all should be good.

There's a lot to be said for neuro muscular memory...

If you've waited 10 years between cycles, I think it's time to put this Bigblackdog to sleep.......

I don't understand why you'd wait so long......

I would just start off with a test cycle.

That was back in my single days when my life revolved around training & getting laid.
Now I'm married with a mortgage and a son - time to get back into training (I've never gone off getting laid!)

Just because you get married doesn't mean you should automatically get off the sauce, while your wife gets tossed....

I understand you have a new baby boy, buy you should not have given up AAS as your favorite fresh toy.....feel me?

I feel you, bro.
I was initially worried that all of the Test I had taken would adversely affect my sperm count for when we wanted to start a family. Coupled with the fact that I had finally settled down and had just begun a new career I just wanted a break from the scene.
Turned out to be longer than I'd planned...

Anyways, rearing to go now, and looking forward to seeing some veins pop once I'm back in full swing...

Congrat's on the rebound! After 10 yrs, just about anything should work for you. You could probably just "look" at a bottle of test and gain 10 lbs! LOL
