Nope, I tried 10 cc of airinto a vein once and it made me faint and knocked me to the floor but I still lived.


I have also tried mixing clorox bleach and Versed in a syringe. I have tried smashing Ambien, Valium, Xanax, Ecstacy, cocaine, I even tried shooting vodka in my arms..

I like needles.

You will need to inject 170-200cc's of air into your veins to die of air embolism (from a direct injection that is...)... Not really practical... You will need to inject yourself several times before you die of respiratory failure... And... I don't think it is particularly pleasant either... you gasp for air and... and die of suffocation... much like... drowning I think (except you don't get your lungs filled with water)...

Yeah air isn't really the best idea, you'd need lots and you might just end up a vegatable. Insulin would work no doubt, and be nice and cheap too. But why not use lots of smack and have a good time while your at it? Anyhow I really hope this is hypothetical, b/c if you are seriously thinking about doing something, trust me, it ain't worth it. air won't work, as i think the only way to kill yourself is to get enough air in your vein(s) that the air clogs in your heart, and your heart can't beat anymore (kinda like putting a balloon in your heart), not a good idea.

I suggest gunshot or hanging, but thats just me.


If you want pills, phenobarbitol mixed with alcohol & a plastic bag over your head should work.

Actually, when you inject air into your vein the air goes to the heart and the heart pumps the air along with the oxygen depleted blood to your lungs. But because the air bubbles are too big to fit into the capillaries in your lungs, the air clogs the passage of blood... And... then.. the body thinks it isn't circulating enough oxygen into the body and... the heart pumps faster... and you start gasping for air... and.. well... suffocate to death ... And...
