What civilized country has the most freedom?

I just want to live in a country where I won't be harassed by police for ridiculous crimes. In the past year I've been convicted of having windows that were too dark, driving 72 mph in a 70 zone, and SKINNYDIPPING! I also know that at any moment the cops might smash through my door and carry me to jail for having an elevated testosterone level. We've got to be in the only country where the government can lock you up for taking hormones. I don't think even Castro is that repressive.

hey gary,

how do people get by on popper wages in London? 2-3 jobs?

Those that don't work for Accenture or equivalents just get into shit loads of debt.

The UK may be the fourth largest economy - but most of it's people don't see the wealth. Pareto is always applicable.

The same thing people do in the US. Rack up debt to buy "things" and call it a high standard of living.

THis was my previous point on the thread about people disliking cops. Ridiculously harsh enforcement of petty laws make people just feel harrassed and resentful of the enforcers, especially considering all the other crime in the US. (not all the enforcers fault, though. some shitty laws they have to enforce)
