what causes HGH gut?

I was watching a video online about what causes HGH gut and came across this forum here so thought i would ask the question to you guys. I've been using HGH for a while now and no gut for me on it, but others who use it seem to get a bulging stomach from the HGH. is this the real culprit?

if it is the HGH it is the enlargement of the organs which would be from hgh abuse

i really think the culprit is too much of everything.. too much food, too much steroids, too much insulin, too much

I've answered this multiple times. If it was GH then all the worse case examples, since retired, would still have their GH guts - they do not.

Some of the reasons HGH Gut can even happen...

HGH abuse
Insulin abuse
increased abdominal muscle mass
high carb diets
high calorie diets
carb loading and water manipulation techniques


Ways to prevent it

Taper HGH and/or insulin dose close to competition
Use Intermittent Fasting when cutting
reduce carb intake through contest preparation
when carb loading, ensure correct timing and nutrient intake

I think it is a combination of lots of things but mainly insulin, HGH, and tons of food.
