When I need a quick recovery I just stick 2 fingers down my throat and drink somethink carbonated afterwards. I know it sounds gross but sometimes it´s just something clogging up my system.

Sounds like food poisoning and since you've tossed your cookies you should be okay. Just drink any kind of carmel soda like Coke or Pepsi you may have around the house.

For future reference go to your pharmacist and ask for coca-cola syrup. The sell it from behind the pharmacy counter. It's used in some meds. It will settle any upset stomach and nausea.
