Just coming off of a big lay off. Trying to get back to 203lbs. I am 5'9"and currently 190lbs with 9%BF. Don't have far to go and my receptors are fresh. Already put 8 lbs back on last week. Running Growth, Deca, Cypionate,Fina of course. Plus all my ancillaries.
Good question you just reminded me of what my goals were when I first got in this game. When I was 17 I weighed 121 5'8...I remember telling my gf of the time that all I wanted to weigh was 160. Well when I was almost 20 I started to juice got up at 189, then I partied way too much and stopped juicing, i'm 172 now bf 8%... Want to get up to 190 bf stay at 6-7%.. But as everyone knows as you keep reaching your goals you keep upping the bar. Right now I have no intention of weighing 200 pounds but when I get close I propbalbly will. I personally don't want to be a mass monster just a sculpted freak. I'm also 22 years old. with a very small bone structure so 180 on me looks freaky.
