What are your daily must Have Supplements?

1- tons of water
2- tons of protein
3- Vit C
4- Vit E

those are the basics that I never stop taking

Now , when working out depending on my goals : T-rex , Pure CEE , YES , fish oils , Levorex and soon to start AIFM and Red blast :p

so you take no multi just e and c? How much of each perday?
 
there is plenty of vitamins and minerals on the whey protein that I use , so I only focus on Vit C and Vit E because they are the most importants .

1 g vit C every 8 hours . 3 g a day .
400-800 IU vit E daily .

Multi-vitamin
Creatine (more recently PureCEE)
OxyCalm (when I'm stressed out)
Levorex (when cutting)
Green Tea Extract

wouldn't go a day without any of those..

As much as I can buy from AF.....Neurogenix, Glucorell, Green Tea, AlCar, Levorex (when dieting), AIFM, etc........Sesapure when bulking.

Protein powder...usually just a whey Isolate.

WATER!!!!.....agree...should be top priority.

B-6, B12, Folic acid, Policosanol, Saw Palmetto, Red Yeast Rice, Vit C & E, magnesium, potassium, Lecithin, Fish Oil capsules, etc....

Extras when cutting: Ephedrine/caffeine & YES.

Look forward to trying CEE for the first time with either PureCee or my free bottle of RED that I won a few weeks back.

That's all that I take on a regular basis.....lotsa, lotsa, lotsa pills.....lol.

haha, you know what's crazy.. I read the Kara Bohigian thread and there was talk about the ammonia (power lifters get a wiff of that before a big lift) and Marco mentioned getting a good wiff of YES.. haha, I was like ahhh, what the hell.. MANNNNNNN this morning when I woke up i sprayed some on my wrist and just took a big wiff of it and that shit got me up fassssssst!! lol.. damn.. So, I put some on my neck to inhale all the way to the gym, I was wide ass awake today!

Good stuff!

Yeah, that stuff wakes you up in a hurry T-Matt. I'll be dead tired when getting off of work, and i'll apply it before leaving to the gym, and I am a whole new person...lol. That peppermint scent is some potent stuff.
