I have not gone without working out for more than a week (I take a few days off very now and then, and went 7 days when I had the stomach virus, but lost 20 lb over 20 weeks) in 4 years 9 months and 21 days.
The last time I missed the "x" ring in a target with a rifle that was sited in properly at any distance less than 400 yards was when I was 9 years old (I used to fire 100 rounds every week at the range every week for years up till the age of 22 or so).
I have not lost a fight in 14 years. Last one I lost 4 guys jumped me from my class outside when I was a kid, and beat me up.
I've been in hundreds of fights, but never started one.
I've never been biten by a wild animal other than an insect or arachnid.
I've never touched another man's naked ass.

I'm a blonde haired honkey and lived on the east side of Houston for 7 years growing up. Plus it has been my observation of hispanic culture that if a young Mexican male (ages 12-17) starts a fight with you, and you beat his ass, his brother will come looking for you the next day, then after you kick his ass, their cousins will find you next, etc etc. You can easily get into 9 or 10 fights just from beating the ass of one of them, and eventually they will start coming after you in groups, when none-of-them can take you one-on-one. Usually though, if 3 of them try to fight you at once, and you fuck all three of them up, they family will leave you alone. But yes, I've had knives pulled on me, been shot at, had to fight guys with bats or steel pipes. It keep me at my peak as a martial artist though.
Once I got into bodybuilding, rednecks and frat boys at clubs and parties have started fights with me just because I was big in College Station. Well, actaully that stopped about 30 lbs of muscle ago finally.
Due to that experience growing up, and I hope no one takes this personally, but I dislike all Mexican men who do not act 100% American, and will just as soon pop them in the mouth than carry on a conversation with them, but I hold back until they actaully start something, but yes, I know they can sense I do not like them. I will not even consider befreinding them if they act like a "Chicano". Intelligent and educated hispanic men who speak to me in English at all times are fine though, and have had several as friends.
