eh, then the gym closed. I feel a tad bit nauseated which I guess means I worked hard. Ive only been back to doing SLDL (it's the only lower body compound movement I can do with this PFS) for about a month and my strength and grip is definitely getting better week after week. Good sign.

I miss DLs so fucking much. they are BY FAR the best thing about training.

never liked SLDL's tho. GM's were my ish.
