What are ways to lower blood pressure?

I'm not hypertensive, but my numbers do run on the high end of the spectrum. What are ways that have worked for you to lower blood pressure while on or off cycles? All responses welcome.
 
go to the doc tell him what your doing and get some bp meds that way you wont damage your heart. or i gues you could just use the meds while your on either way you need to do something bp is a major cause for probs on as matter of fact if ya think bout it if it werent for cholesterol changes high bp or enlargment of heart you could stay on forever.you could also ask for a mild diuretic to help with water retention while your on.these pros have to be on bp meds and diuretics along with cholesterol drugs at some of these high dosages i mean anyone will have a high bp on over 1000mg a week. i dont mean to sound like a know it all because i don't.what was your bp?
 
what are you taking? when iwa staking sust, Eq and D-bol my BP went up quite a bit, from all that water, etc. I got an over the counter herbal diuretic. barely notive in weiht loss. But it kept me from getting a huge frisbee face bloat and my BP went down... easy stuff, also never got headaches either~
 
Cardio is well known to lower blood pressure and decrease the heart rate.
Just my two cents.

What worked for me was PGF2a injections, but i gues this is rather drastic.

I am on Ox (in my 6th month) and in my 4th week of Winny. Winny first at 50 ED now 100 mgr ED and still no high BP.

I think someone having serious BP problems should try a short cycle like 2, 3 or 4 weeks. Not the Roberts cycles, but short so it would be ended before the real problems begin. Maybe 4 weeks on 4 weeks off?
Or swith over to other gear.
 
High BP control

I just watched a Doctor talking about what people can do about High Blood Pressure, with out the cost of costly drugs. Now he said this is for people that sometimes run high and don't have Hypertension. He said that Magnesium is an excellent Calcium Blocker, and mantaining a good amount of it in your blood stream can diffently help people. As for the amount he said it's a try by error thing. So I guess start with a small supplement and work up from there.
 
I thought if you eat very healthy you can reduce your BP pretty easily. I know a 32 year old man in GREAT shape. They wont give him life insurance because he has high BP. That is bullshit.
