What are these lumps??!!

I have been using both glutes EOD for injections. 2cc's of test prop (200mgs) in the left and then 1 cc of tren (76mg) in the right and then switch up EOD.I have been on this for about 4 weeks and hate the thought of injecting anywhere else. My question is...I have noticed small lumps in both glutes and want the opinions and solutions from personal experiences.....What is it?? how to avoid causing pain. At the moment there is no pain or redness (just lumps) whatsoever.Thanking you in advanced......Please help.

I would definately consider adding more inj. sites. Or taking all 3 cc's in one spot and rotating from glute to glute. I would keep an eye on the lumps make sure they don't get bigger. I'm not a doctor, so I would consider seeing one if things progress. Take care
