its not what you want to do in cali..too high of a cremation rate..you won't make much money,even if you are in ownernship..I'm in alabama and my family owns a funeral home and cemetery..at this point we ,as in the owners,can do our work better than any highered help..so we use highered help to do some of the grunt work(I do most of the remaining)..I have one guy who at 22 is very skilled..we pay him well and thats all I need for 1.2milion in sales..he lifts weights and him and I have a lot in common despite a 20 year age diffrence..I take care of him..don'tthink you'll find such a situation in cali
