What are the dosages needed for Clomid post cycle

I am on 750mg Enanthate / week
and 60mg/ed winny

next week will be 12 weeks

need to know how to end this thing with clomid

300mgs of Clomid day one . . .
100mgs/ED for the next ten days . . .
50mgs/ED for the final ten days.
