Essentially its 10grams of Creatine pers serving over 5 and it has more calories loaded in with it per serving. I've been using Pro Performance Creatine Monohydrate and I'm about halfway through with the with powder and I'm getting to the point where if I take it ever again I just want to gag. I would like some substantial proof that it does more than just plain creatine monohydrate other than just opinion and word of mouth, even though that will probably be the deciding factor in it.
