What are my prospects?

That is my current stomach. I have some fat there. Anyone have a general idea of the BF%? I'm looking to lose as much as possible to get my abs showing. Do you think it is possible to lose all that in 6-8 weeks?

Also, could genetics possibly prohibit me from having a 6 pack even if I do cut the fat? Or could my genetics prohibit me from cutting fat at all?

I'm 6 foot 2, 172 lbs (just started lifting 2 weeks ago, dont make fun ha)
 
the pic should work now, but is it still possible to gain a little strength and cut, but not necessarily bulk? My diet isn't anything specific, but I'm going to cut out soda's, juices, and things things with a lot of sugar. I'm also cutting out little snacks I'll have every so often... my diet really isn't htat bad.. its probably I just don't do enough cardio.
 
You are only 172 pounds at 6'2 which is pretty skinny. You have a tone of room to grow and u only began lifitng 2 weeks ago. If I was u I would cut out the sugary drinks which will help out a lot and get my diet in check as well as train my ass off. If you add muscle which u will be able to do at an acccelrated rate since you just started youll increase your metabolism and probably not even have to do cardio. Check out the training board to find a program that fits your needs and youll be on your way to a solid 6 pack
