What are best Kidney and Liver detoxifiers

I am about to start a cycle and want to make sure I can do the most for my kidneys and liver. What do you reccommend. I have read other post that say "ALA" but am not sure what it is. Can someone please help?

The two best for the liver are alpha lipoic acid (ala) and calcium d-glucarate.

i was thinking it was not true when i saw the post but they had studies proving it

it's not bad, it just blocks the absorbtion of some orals. it's good post-cycle.

Go with ALA and Milk Thistle-- Trader Joes has it cheaper than anybody.
