What actually is synthol nad how does it work. Is it like an AS or is it like collagen and silicon

Depends on what kind you get as to what is in it, but the basic ideas is that it's an oil that your body can't break down thus expanding the muscle it's in. It doesn't create muscle and is not a steroid
